Organisational Consultation & Training
Trauma informed design is gaining recognition across sectors. I offer consultation, training, and expert guidance to help organisations build trauma informed systems and improve engagement with survivors - leading to better outcomes for all.
I work flexibly to meet each organisation’s needs and have partnered with public inquiries, independent bodies, government departments, and consultancy and research firms.

Staff Wellbeing and Psychological Support
Supporting staff wellbeing is key to better organisational outcomes. I work with senior leaders, HR teams and boards to build inclusive, psychologically safe workplace cultures.
I offer strategic advice on wellbeing and provide direct support, including specialist psychological care for teams at risk of secondary trauma.

Trauma Informed Safeguarding Training
As a psychologist, I’ve worked extensively with complex risk and safeguarding issues. Standard training often misses the real-world challenges professionals face, especially in therapeutic settings.
To address this, I’ve developed a trauma informed safeguarding training package tailored for psychological professionals. Delivered in collaboration with safeguarding experts across statutory services, it offers a multidisciplinary approach, updates on current legislation, and space to explore the grey areas.

Supervision
I hold a supervision practice for professionals working in a range of capacities within health and social care and beyond. Some supervisees focus on therapy clients, others on service design and consultancy.
- Clinical Supervision
- Supervision focused on organisational dynamics and service design

Psychological Therapies
I am not currently taking on any new therapy clients.
If you are looking for a therapist I strongly recommend ensuring that they are registered with a reputable professional body or regulator. This is for your safety and protection to ensure that they have achieved an appropriate level of training and that they maintain their skills and expertise with regular professional development.
Anyone calling themselves a “psychologist”: please check the HCPC register here
Anyone who is called a therapist, counsellor, psychotherapist: check they are accredited (not just a member) of a reputable body such as: UKCP, BACP.
There are several different organisations out there and it can be confusing. I suggest checking if their accreditation body is registered with the Professional Standards Authority here. The PSA regulates all the UK regulators.
